Hi! My topic for today is... EURASIAN!!!! aaaaaaaaaa! So many people asked me whether i'm a eurasian a not... NOOOOOOOO I'm not!!!!! ahahaha.... first i heard that 'eurasian' term was during primary... Jo Yee... a girl who lives in BU1 and now she's schooling at SMK BUD3.... ahahaha... Then when I started training, on the FIRST day... When there was only Miss Malathi, Encik Omar, Qalif, another guy (dunno his name) and myself only... Right in front of me Miss Malathi told Encik Omar that I looked like a mix heritage of 'Mat Salleh/orang putih'.... can't remember what she said but YEAH!!!!! ahahaha

THEN! A few days back... Not sure it was on what day... Tuesday probably? no no... Thursday I think.... A guy asked me... "Eurasian ?" .... I said "me? no la..." hahahaha I so don't look like a eurasian please! Optical illusions! :))

Funneh!!! I got Arabian blood though... my father said 7 generations before him was dunno wad Arab Family or wad... So if you ask me its 8 generations lor! hahaha I'm a SO A MIXED HERITAGE! I got arabian blood, bangla's, (probably indian too) and chinese and malay... WOAH! ahahaha... I'm MORE than a quarter of chinese btw...

From my dad's side... My grandma's chinese so she married my kongkong which is a malay... so my dad's half malay-half chinese right... so if he marries my mom (if a full malay) then i'd be 3/4 malay and 1/4chinese right...

BUT! I was told that my mom's actually not a full malay... dunno her grandparents or great grandparents are chinese also! so.... YEAH......!!!!!!!! ahahahahah

btw, if you see why my face's always white and my hands are always darker is umm GENETICALLY LIKE THAT! I DON'T PUT ANY KIND OF FACIAL STUFF ON MY FACE! WHITENING OR WHATEVER!!!!!! ahahha... I rarely wash my face too... I only wash it when there are pimples... ahahaha clean boy right?? no pimples... so no needa wash. XD

ahhaha its been raining eevryday... i wanna run leh!!! ahahaha.... i'm leaving early today to kiara! if it rains i dun care. imma continue running.... :))

kiara's a good place for you to run... the hill, not the park... cause first... its safe... no cars there... second, you can makes your LEGS STRONGER!.... hill wad... ahaha... third, the air there is VERY FRESH there... with lots of trees....forth, if you wanna take care of your legs... you can do trail running cause there's a bike trail there... once in a while must masuk... fifth, if you wanna do hill runs... (sprinting up hill workouts) then kiara is the place too!

what else can you do in kiara... hmmm... I KNOW! SEE HOT CHICKS!!!! ahahaha.... During weekends right... go to kiara in the morning! got lots of umm hot chicks la... teenagers like around 13-20 .... ahahahaha wootwoot

but dun go evening... i mean GO LA.... evening got less hot chicks... sometimes also you dun see even one single hot chick.... a girl teen gotla.. but wanna find the HOTTIES... go in the morning.. got MORE! XD ahahahaha

Nice to see hot chicks you TAU TAK??? it gives you the motivation just to run faster in front of them... ahahaha.... run faster = better training + see more girls. XD
see... i got motivated by girls... just seeing them can adi... wanna show them ma... i run faster la... aahahaha then after they've gone.. i walk... XD cause die adi la run so fast! ahahahaha

lols...... i've been very busy though i have off days from school as PMR was going on... busy doing what? not studying! but instead exercising! ahaha... went to the gym a lot to do some strength workout for my legs... ran a lot too in the evening... :) btw... i'm like reading karangan contoh now, photostated from my friend and from his friend... haha... and i fell in love with one of the person's work... its a she... and i found her on facebook too! added her already but she haven't approved it yet. :/ haha. I dunno why... I just love her work! when she writes her name on the paper also got smileys one... like "name" :) ..... aahhaha... and she was a very nice hand writing.... omgash i think i'm in love with a person whom i've never met, never seen... and i've never talked too... its like i've never experienced this before... haha

She's very smart! I can tell with her work! And I like smart people... :)) On the other hand, she's kinda pretty too (i saw her profile pic on fb.. ahaha) My friend's lucky to have a friend like her. I JUST KNOW THAT SHE'S A NICE PERSON! I CAN TELL FROM JUST HER WORK, and also her profile picture on fb... she looks nice and genuine. :) she looks sweet too... GENUINE la!!! I added her like very long adi... 2 weeks maybe? but she haven't accepted my request yet... grr... ahahah

Imma message her and thank her for her work, man!! The minute I see her being listed as one of my friends on facebook! ahaha HEEEEEEEEEEEYY!!! APPROVE LAR! ahaha

i'm a type of a person whom when i fall in love (like real love) with a person, its like i will NEVER move on until i meet someone else who's special... and this person (a stranger actually) is VERY SPECIAL! I JUST KNOW IT! :))

I dunno her, i dunno ANYTHING about her!~ :PP but yea la... how can this last? i fell in love with her work, not her... hmmm :/

So i gotta sit for state papers starting tomorrow until early of november... gosh. so not prepared... studied like so little... too busy and too lazy... haha. i'm screwed... i hope this girl's work will help me with BM tomorrow! :))

HI! ahaaha. I met a man today... Woah... He's about what? 45years young (old)? DAMN PRO WEIH! He started running like early this year, I started last year after PMR! And I'm only 16 years of age. WA LAO WEIH! He bet me just now... ahahha but different category la... I went for Men's Open, his was Men's Junior Veteran.... he taught i was atacking... i memang was following him after he cut me 'cause i know i was getting slower.. i needa follow someone with a good pace... so ok.. at the last like 400m or so... he went faster (a bit)... and i followed still... then he taught i was atacking (he said after the race)... so he went like ZOOM ZOOM ZOOM!~ SO FAST! 45 year old man, man! He was a drinker and a smoker last time.. but he stopped drinking and reduced his number of cigarettes per day... woah... i congratulate him after the race... hahaha...
wa lao weih... i cannot bare seeing pretty and healthy looking girls... aaaahhhhhhh! hahahaha

I got no. 14 for men's open la.. wa lao weih.. i'm only 16 (supposed to be cannot enter one... must be at least 18, but got parents signature then can la) so compete against people at the age of 20,30... wa lao weih... SUSAH TAU TAK?! enjoyed the race la.. bought a sun glass... cool~ trust me, when i wear 'em i'm not showing off, i'm protecting me eyes ok??? dun say i showoff.. no intention, man! :)if you see me wearing, i'm only protecting my eyes from the sunlight ok???????????? hahaha

I worked out on my playlist... the one you're listening too right now if you don't click pause! ahahaha listen la... nice right??? :)

So I started and got addicted to MapleStory Adventures on fb... OMG! I'm wasting my f***ing time!!!!! Imma regret every bit of my time wasted... but i play just to kill my boredom, once in a while only wad... ahahha LEVEL UP! woohoo.. attack!!! everytime i attack monsters aaa... like so cool! i get money, things and exp after killing it... SOUNDS CHILDISH, I KNOW! But its so addictive... it's me drug. XD Played it so much this weekend... ahahah cool eh? MORE LIKE CHILDISH! :P

Wa bo stamina liao... i get tired like so quickly... gaaaahhhh! but nvm... :D still working on it. :D oh oh and btw, nike sportband can be accurate if you calibrate it... wanna know how... READ IT ONLINE! ahaha... Because i just bought 'em and i dunno how to calibrate though i know i gotta read it online... too lazy to do so. :D so yeah... my sportsband is like about 90% accurate only... I ran a known distance twice of 2km. And for the first time it says that i've ran 1.82km, the 2nd time it says 1.83km... so ok lor... not bad right the sportsband... hahha but i'm too lazy to calibrate... just now also... the race was like 12km++... and my watched said i ran like 10.8km only... umm.. (10/100 x 10.8) + 10.8km = 11.88 .... see... not that accurate... needa calibrate... wa lao weih... damn mafan la... lols but still good! :) better than a normal watch and a stopwatch only wad obviously... ahaha :)

I'm targeting to win something, get a good placing in Penang Bride International Marathon on November... I wanna get my first trophy there!!! I WANT A TROPHY!!!!! Imma train 6-7times a week, man!! Will try my best, at least! :) some more i'm entering Men's Open i think... some more its an internation marathon... wa lao weih... sure got lots of whites and blacks man... 'cause its famous also, this penang bridge marathon... how to win? how to get placing? how to get trophy?? Some more I'm only 16!!! ahahaha.... hard work is the KEY to success... Strive hard and never give up! And Imma tell you, I wont, ever!!! I'll try my best! Woohoo! If I do get a placing Imma hug and kiss any girl there (must be pretty and sexy and hot one la of course!!!) ahahahahhaa......... nah... cannot do that... i don't wanna cheat myself for what... though i dun have a gf... so what... ahaha

ok.. i know what im gonna do.. i wanna take a picture with a girl one to one for my first time! that's so gonna be a dream come true... i've never in my life, taken a picture with a girl (except my family lah!) one-to-one before... i wanna try... >< ... and i never held a girls hand like palm to palm before.. wanna try that too! and i never kissed or get kissed on the mouth, even on the cheek by a girl before... aaaaaahhhhhhhh!!!!!! my fantasies. Who's the girl jogging at the park in front of my house? Her house is just opposite of mine... hahaha... She sexy... XD ... But, I think I saw her driving before.. :/ How old is she??? I see she run often... And I like girls who runs a lot... Its like we share the same hobby... Then then we can run together! uuuuuu~ haha
Just now after I got back from Kiara.. I went to the park for awhile.. saw her.. woah... she runs pretty fast, man! like omgawd... :) She's so fair! Me likey... some more she has nice legs.... uuuuuuuuu~ hahahahha

Other girls also have nice legs la right? XD But this one lives opposite only... can ring her door bell anytime and ask her for a run or what hor... XD I bet she's much older then me -_________________- sigh.... but who cares... i dunno that for sure.. XD

hehehe... btw.. i'm regaining my stamina.... another btw... that time during sports day week i got dunno 800 or 1500m run at school in the afternoon... so yeah i ran... and won (lucky oni.. ahaha)... the weather was DAMN HOT right... ok.. so here's the funny part... i came home.. open my shirt to 'jemur' or what is it in english? to dry my shirt la under the SUPER HOT SUN! so then my neighbour passed by my house from puay chai2 with her son right... i was there half-naked... which shorts on...

so so... she stood there with her umbrella right in front of my house, outside of the gates... and she said something something HOT! i dunno what's she referring to.. the weather or... me (aiya perasan adi.. hahahaha)but, she looked at me and said it you know.. walk walk.. stop in front of my house.. look at me.. say something something hot... (i can't remember and i didn't hear properly what she said haha)

this was so long ago... lol who cares.. but it was so funny.. i told my mom that particular day and she laughed... ahahahah funny a not? funny right???huh hot? what hot? the weather? ME???????? ahahaha

OH YEAH MAN! Know what.. yesterday i decided not to run but decided to explore BU10,7 and 6 ... went to all the parks... BU'2 main park is still the best! NOT MANY TREES AAA!! BU 10 and 7 so boring some more... BU 6's so crowded like HELLOMG!

So as I was walking walking, I saw khai hann, WOOKEY, not a big deal... walk walk walk to BU6's park.. i thought I saw therrence... optical illusions la i think... or, may be not. hahaha... walk walk walk some more right... then pass BU3's community hall then!!!!

THEN IT HAPPENED!!!!! Beside the temple, on the orange-red pavement, were 2 girls (wearing shorts... uuuu hahaha) talking so loud as loud can be. THEN! I came, one of the girls had a glimpse then look at the other girl and they both went quiet...

Ahahahahaha then then... both looked at me... then i was like.. umm... i looked away for awhile then look straight... and looked into the girl who wasn't leaning on the temple's outermost wall... they were like suddenly so quiet!!! ahahahah... so i walk pass them only lor... walk walk until Puay Chai 2 then i looked back.. i think they were like looking at me... or MAY BE NOT! wakakaka... who cares... they were sexy.. WOOO!!! Its the holidays, man! Time to jog at Kiara, or anywhere, half-naked... show girls... ask for number... wakakakka... if only it'd be that simple... I'm tried of having feelings towards 'her' some more lah! i needa find someone to like, now, quick, before school starts... weeee~

but who??? anyone i see jogging non-stop in kiara... must have sexy legs, beautiful face.... AND A BEAUTIFUL HEART! wahahahahha

got... in kiara got lots of young teens from BU4, BU3, from everywhere lah... from methodist high also i got see before.. pwetty XDXDXD....

after puasa month imma run in kiara morning and evening (during school hols) and FIND some "chicks".... my chicks aren't the chicks from the eggs of hens... PUH LEASE! hahaha

And and i wanna start training with taman sea again... aiya... i stopped 'cause my dad wants me to take swimming classes instead of going to the stadium for tranining.. :( ... now, he said after raya you can choose to continue taking swimming classes of train at the stadium for your running...

I wanna continue training, but... i dunno about the coaches, about miss malathi and sir.. will they accept me back??? i didn't leave or stopped or quit... i just didn't have the permission to go training 'cause of my swimming classes which were 3-5times a week... and it is paid for..

Miss Malathi, Sir... sigh... I'm not a quitter cause... Quitters never win, and winner never quit, i held to that principle since I started running which was last year, after PMR~~ can i re-start training? could anyone ask them for me? anyone from training who's reading this... sigh... i dunno how to ask like... haiyo...

Training at home isn't enough 'cause Sir said, 70% comes from you and 30% from the coaches.... so you see.. if i train how hard at home also only like 70% effective compared to when there's sir, miss malathi, encik omar, and my fellow training mates,especially those who cheered for me a lot during training! :))) Thanks!!! Jayse is one of them... haiya... i didn't thank her for those help and all... she taught me how to do drills... and others also got la... Thank you everyone... but she cheered for me like a lot... hahaha she's nice! :) and so is everyone else! :)

Everyone's beautiful in their own way~ :D ahahahaha some more miss malathi deleted me as a friend from fb cause she cannot tahan seeing my statuses and all... aiyo.. i dun understand why also.. its making me harder to ask her for another chance to train under her.. hmm~

ENOUGH ABOUT TRAINING! If i cannot train at the stadium, i'll train at home super hard! out of 10 sessions! I'm gonna make myself vomit at least once! YOU BET! hahahaha gila ah me.. :D I'll do my best la... :)

Just like those 'chicks' i came or gonna come across in the future when I jog on road... either here, or to kiara... gosh! cannot tahan.. how to ask for their number aa?? i wish aa.. when they see me 500m away they faster right down their number on a piece of paper, wait for me to reach, and give the paper to me.. waa waa waa... lovely! XD

AWESOME! I beat my PB which I just got on Monday... With my new pair of shoes of course... BROOKS ROCKS MAN! But expensive... Like HELLOMG! hahaha

Cycled for an hour before school 'cause i had a nightmare.. GOSH! woke up then dun there to even go to the toilet or downstairs... or or to even got back to sleep... so with all the fear i go downstairs praying to God and cycle lor.. haha

My neighbour's pushing me real hard! He cycles to Kiara and back so fast I wanna beat him I ran fast also.. I was about to faint when i reached Kiara Hill just now.. haha but i continued.. gotta push, do something extra if you wanna improve.. you can't be doing the same thing over and over again, pointless.

I GOT MY NEW PB YAY YAY!!! I think because of my shoes la.. I lost all of my stamina still can beat my PB from last time (16'08'') Home ---> Kiara Hill

Now its under 16minutes man... yippie!!! hahaha BUT!!!!!! Got one traffic light kacau me today!! The traffic light after 1Utama... DANG! if not maybe can get 15'30'' adi!!! hahaha

Met a lot of people today.. Howe Wee's mom... Wayne & Elton's mom... BUT SADLY! Didn't get to see any hot chicks today! WAIT!!!!!!! I think got la... a few... (hot chicks doesn't = to old grandmas please!!) hahaha

Thx to my neighbour for bringing my water bottle to kiara.. that saves up a lot of energy and it makes it easier for me to run.. so that's one of the factors why i beat my PB again today! haha :D

Weather was perfect, carried half bottle, new pair of shoes,challenge from friend (i make one inside my head to reach Kiara First though he cycles and yeah i did! haha traffic light kacau him a lot ma hahaha)

btw btw... i moved on~~ hahaha... she's taken adi... lols.. so MOVE ON LA! :D Thx to all that helped... :))

OMG WOW! I paid Rm5 to sign up for the Orange Run.. And I got a voucher RM120 off for selected BROOKS shoes... weee~ hahaha... and and RM3 off for petrol... AWESOME! :))

I had a super relaxed run today... ahahaha... And I got to see many hot chicks... wahahahaha.... All the runs also surely see beautiful girls wan lar... hehehe...

Imma train for running 'cause MSSD for next year is coming soon adi... OMG! I haven't been running a lot lately... I'm like just a beginner now.. waaaa :((

Nvm can train! :)) But I need some motivation PLEASE! haha I have a dream.. A dream to be a state runner next year :D But my dad wants me to swim... I asked him.. Then training at the stadium how?? He said start later... How later lah? 1 month before mssd? haiyo.. but nvm.. training at home works also BUT! with proper training! hahaha

And I dunno what proper training is... :/ I'll start training tomorrow, but, first I have to get new pair of running shoes 'cause my shoes are no longer usable...haha
I'll start training tomorrow I DUN CARE!!! Gotta watch my diet, sleeping time and all.. haha TORTURE! :D But nvm.. I have dreams..

First, the closest one is to be a state runner next year and get the Selangor team shirt... omgwow i so want that
Second, to finish a half marathon in under 1h30minutes
Third, to complete a full marathon
Forth, to join triathlons
Fifth, to complete a full Iron Man (NEVER HALF IRON MAN! hahaha)

I have a dream to join Tour De France right.. But my dad wont allow me to cycle on the road.. Its too dangerous, i know... Lols.. So yeah.. sad.. :/ ... malaysian drivers are... err... THEY SUCK! hahaha

Ok ok.. My dream is to be an elite triathlete! WATCH ME!!! :DD

bomb go BOOM BOOM BOOM! hahaha... so wanna know what??? I had my first gf for my first time... Unfortunately it didn't last very long... :/ nvm la.... The most most most most sad thing now is what.. you wanna know??? she didn't wish me during my birthday which was supposedly to be my best day ever... :( ... she didn't call, text nor facebook me!!!! aaaaaaa :(( in the bus going home from mt. nuang also i cried adi (on my birthday ah!) some more the day after also cry....... aiya... everyday from morning till night i'm crying inside la... huhuhu :(

I never really move on like NEVER kind of never until I meet another 'special someone'... Or someone special.. eh.. its the same thing.. hahaha...

Long-distance running can be as much a mental challenge as it is a physical test of strength and fitness. Some runners find that their body is willing to run longer, but it's too hard mentally to keep going. Follow these tips to help win the mental battle while running:

Try Some Self-Talk
If you're running alone and struggling, give yourself a pep talk. Tell yourself that you're not physically tired -- you're just mentally fatigued and you can push through it. Say to yourself things like, "I'll have some water in five minutes -- that will make me feel better." If you're doing your longest run ever, remind yourself how proud you'll feel when you're finished.

Break Up Your Run
Dividing up your run into smaller segments will make the distance feel much more manageable. For example, if you're running 20 miles, think, "OK, it's four 5-mile runs." At the start of each new segment, visualize yourself just starting out on a new run with fresh legs and just focus on getting to the end of that segment.

Remember: It's Not Always Easy
As you're doing a long run, remind yourself that it's not easy to train for a long-distance event. If it were, everyone would do it, right? Remind yourself that you're taking on a challenge and the difficulties you face will make your accomplishment all the more worthwhile in the end.

Find a Mantra
Picking a short phrase, such as "One step at a time," that you play over and over in your head while running can help you stay focused and centered. It can be your inner motivation when you need it most. You may already have a favorite phrase to use as a mantra, but if you don't have one, check out these quotes about running motivation and running marathons for some inspiration.

Use Imagery
When you hit a rough patch, try to imagine yourself as an Olympic athlete who's headed towards the finish line. Envision your running form as smooth, graceful, and relaxed. Think of a runner who you really admire and imagine yourself running just like him.

Play Counting Games
If you run where there are a lot of other runners, try this game: Pick out a specific article of clothing, such as a white running hat, to look for during your run. Then count how many runners you see wearing it. If you do a lot of running on the roads, you can also do this with cars of a certain model or color.

Make Post-Run Plans
I love deciding what I want to do after I finish my run, especially if I'm running in morning. I'll ponder something basic, such as what to make for dinner. It helps me organize my day and gives me something to look forward to after the run.

Visualize Your Race
If you're training for a race, such as a marathon, picture yourself running the course -- every mile -- and crossing the finish line. Picture how you want to pose for your photo as you run through the finish. Try to see the clock with your goal time (if you have one) displayed. Imagine what you'll be thinking as a volunteer puts your race medal around your neck. Think about how it will feel to see your loved ones at the finish line cheering for you.

OMMMGGGGG SO SCARY!!!!!!!!!! You see.... I ponteng training for a month adi.... bcoz umm... went to aussie... then come back lazy... then got swimming classes... so one month didn't attend training adi.... hahaha SO SCARY AH THE COACH THE!!! But he's nice la... you know... sacrifising he's own time to train all the athletes... all the coaches are very nice la... :D but he's scary.. :p

So yesterday.....OMG! When he first saw me he said... you wanna come back? Like umm... he's so sick of me... dun wanna look at my face... like dun wanna accept me back at the stadium training.... :/ so scary.... I hope everything is ok... ummm training was fun la... just that today my hamstrings are sore... so couldn't run for the ball during tennis just now... hahhaa

Hahha... i'm so scared of encik zul, man.... when i first shook his hand he was like wanna lastik me with the rubber band he's holding... hahha so i told him i went to aussie then come back malas adi... smile and walk away to do drills... aiyoyo....

So so i did 40minutes of diagonals with the 1500m third placing for mssm last year under 15, male.... yea.... and before i went home right... i sir's hand lor... you know what he said... he said "i'll see you next year?".... so then i was like... :( .... and i said firmly... "next week."..... so then he said... dunno la whether it was a firm statement or a question... he said "you come once a week you'll be a champion".... so everyone there was like looking at me.... umm he was also... and i dunno what to say... so i shrug and say "i'll try"... OH YOU BET! I'll try hard at home!!! ahahha :D

Hahaha SMK Taman Sea is in my district also... and it's very very common for athletes to go to MSSM (national level) from their school... so i wanna go to msss (state level) also very hard adi... gotta win them all.... going to mssd, fighting them... is already like going to mssm and compete... hahhaha But I'll work hard.... :D I wont ever give up!!!! :D

School! hahahah I like you, but i dun like your anymore... how pitiful... but nvm.. i'm not worth it for her... she's out of my league...

SO SO... moving on... ok so I started building up muscles (just a bit) hahaha... i'm not building muscles to like show off to girls or my other guy friends... i'm building 'em bcoz it'll help me with my running, cycling, swimming, etc. people, especially norman... people like to say i'm muscular la... 6 packs la... bla bla bla la... all nonsense la... you should see me in the changing room... my body has nothing... only skin... oh yea and of course, HAIR. XD may be that you guys see when i stand my arms are like quite far apart from my body that's bcoz I have what they call this 'V-shape'.... got that from my swimming lessons and swimming workouts... hahaha but nothing la my body... :P

Wanna get the 'V-shape' right... umm... you gotta swim.... that's the fastest way.. but there's an alternative way to get also lah. but slower... do chin ups and pull ups. :D

They are the best strength training exercises you can do for upper-body strength & muscle mass. Unfortunately Pull-ups & Chin-ups are hard. Very hard.

DARN IT DARN IT!!!!!!!!!! haha.... For the past 10 days or so I can't seem to be able to do any kind of exercises... I dunno why... :(

I tried running today.... sigh... 1.75km I stopped adi.... I dunno what's wrong with me... haha! but i remember what my dad's friend said (he's an iron man).. he said that resting is part of raining... so i guess i gotta rest... killing myself everyday with only 10minutes of exercise has no point... bcoz usually i do at least 30minutes of workout everyday... sometimes 2 hours.... haih.... i ran so little today i dun even wanna update my dailymile... haih.... :/

I seriously wanna cry... :/ I hope tomorrow I can wake up early... (if only i sleep early.. hahahha) and do a workout... long run or long cycle doesn't matter... :/ ...... I think I'm sick la... My body's kinda warm.... hahaha REST ABBAS REST. you need rest... :p

Your Body Type - Ectomorph, Mesomorph or Endomorph?

When I first got into the muscle building scene I was overwhelmed with amount of different training programs, bodybuilding supplements, diets, articles and information there was out there. There were so many conflicting diets and training programs available and I had no idea what I “should” be doing. The result of this was about 6 months in the gym with little gains and almost no motivation to workout anymore.

I was at a complete loss and about to throw in the towel and give up. Then a guy in the gym gave me a magazine and told me to read the article in there about body types. So I did and it opened my eyes up to the reason why I wasn’t making any gains in the gym.

I am a true ectomorph (classic hardgainer) and my bodyweight was 60.2kg (132.5lbs) when I first walked into a gym. I no idea about body types back then. I assumed (like most beginners do) that the more I worked out the bigger I would get. Thinking that “more was better” I started following a program designed for an elite bodybuilder. This resulted in gains on about 1.7kg in 6 months.

After reading the body type article in that magazine I started to understand more about how my body type worked, my metabolism, and gaining weight. Being an ectomorph I need to focus on calorie intake, long rest periods, and minimum cardio. It was only then I started making some real gains and I’ve never looked back.

So it’s important to be able to identify and understand your body type. Different body types require different training methods and diet plans. So listed below are the 3 male body types; ectomorph, mesomorph and endomorph and their characteristics.

ECTOMORPH

An ectomorph is a typical skinny guy. Ecto’s have a light build with small joints and lean muscle. Usually ectomorph’s have long thin limbs with stringy muscles. Shoulders tend to be thin with little width.

Typical traits of an ectomorph:
* Small “delicate” frame and bone structure
* Classic “hardgainer”
* Flat chest
* Small shoulders
* Thin
* Lean muscle mass
* Finds it hard to gain weight
* Fast metabolism

Ectomorphs find it very hard to gain weight. They have a fast metabolism which burns up calories very quickly. Ecto’s need a huge amount of calories in order to gain weight. Workouts should be short and intense focusing on big muscle groups. Supplements are definitely recommended. Ectomorphs should eat before bed to prevent muscle catabolism during the night. Generally, ectomorphs can lose fat very easily which makes cutting back to lean muscle easy for them.

MESOMORPH

A mesomorph has a large bone structure, large muscles and a naturally athletic physique. Mesomorphs are the best body type for bodybuilding. They find it quite easy to gain and lose weight. They are naturally strong which is the perfect platform for building muscle.
Typical traits on a Mesomorph:

* Athletic
* Hard body with well defined muscles
* Rectangular shaped body
* Strong
* Gains muscle easily
* Gains fat more easily than ectomorphs

Mesomorph

The mesomorph body type responds the best to weight training. Gains are usually seen very quickly, especially for beginners. The downside to mesomorphs is they gain fat more easily than ectomorphs. This means they must watch their calorie intake. Usually a combination of weight training and cardio works best for mesomorphs.

ENDOMORPH

The endomorph body type is solid and generally soft. Endomorphs gain fat very easily. Endo’s are usually of a shorter build with thick arms and legs. Muscles are strong, especially the upper legs. Endomorphs find they are naturally strong in leg exercises like the squat.
Typical traits of an Endomorph:

* Soft and round body
* Gains muscle and fat very easily
* Is generally short and “stocky”
* Round physique
* Finds it hard to lose fat
* Slow metabolism

Endomorph

When it comes to training endomorphs find it very easy to gain weight. Unfortunately, a large portion of this weight is fat not muscle. To keep fat gain to a minimum, endomorphs must always train cardio as well as weights. Usually supplements may not be needed as long as the person has a high protein intake in their diet.
A combination of body types.

These body types aren’t set in stone. In fact, most guys have a combination of two body types. These combinations are either ectomorph/mesomorph or mesomorph/endomorph. It is not uncommon to find a pure mesomorph that gains weight like an endomorph for example.
So which body type are you?

Given the information above you should easily be able to identify your body type. You may also want to optimize your diet and training to suit your body type.

One final point I want to mention is that no matter what your body type you can build a big, ripped, muscular physique. Even the skinniest of guys can bulk up. Yes, it’s harder but if you’re willing to put in the hard work it can be done. I have about the skinniest natural build possible and at the time of writing this article I have gained about 30kg (66lbs) of lean muscle mass.

AIYOYO! hahaha... almost vomited today again... if sir asked me run another 500m, imma vomit adi... HAHAHAH.... you know.. my running partner... errr... he said he wanna faint adi... hahaha

You know.. to at least win MSSD (district), i gotta run 10km in 30minutes... that's super insane... hahhaa... so every 100m i gotta do 18seconds (average) OMG..

I ran just now... first 500m, 105second... SO HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!
Second time was a bit better, 96seconds.... Wanna vomit adi after this one..
Third time's kinda slow...,99seconds... WAAAAAA

Calculate and see... 18seconds x 5 = 90seconds...
OMG! You see... i can't even reach those 10km runners' speed yet... but i ran for only 500m... IMAGINE THAT!!! OMG!!!! I SUCK, for now.. hehehe... I'm never gonna give up...and I'll do my best!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'll enter MSSS (state) by next year!!!!!! I dunno la.. any event la.. Imma try for steeple chase (3km)... i must do it within 9minutes, nothing more than that... that's crazy omg... hahahahahahahaha :D will train me best.

Imma try for 10km cross country also... to win i must at least get 30minutes and not more... my best timing now's 47/48minutes, SO HORRIBLE!!!! nvm nvm.. enter oni.. i wanna get the experience.. i wanna win everything by 2012.. haha :D

hahahaha.... i've always wanted to vomit, meaning that i adi surpass my limit and i'm changing to be better... SO TODAY WAS IT!!!!!! i vomited after training.....!!!! hahaha omg...

Vomited damn a lot... all the water that i drank after training i think all came out adi... hahha.. i felt like dying or somewhat rather close to dying when i was vomiting... haha... it was horrible... i should tell this to my partner.. he started about the same time when i started.. and he's training with me bcoz he's a long distance runner too.. lolz

Wanna tell this to many people but dun wan la.... so i just post here lur... anyone who reads will know.. haha

SO OK. just now i was feeling super bad. dunno how to describe... hahaha i seriously like wanna faint adi before and during vomiting... like was so dizzy... can't even stand up... lol... BUT..... after vomiting all the... YUCK!!!!! all the stuff... argh.. haha.. after taatt i felt GREAT!!!!!! like i wanna run more but then its enough for today la... hahaha

I joined her training... she called me to go.. and i really wanted to go.. but aaa.. now aa... she told me.. "you must win next year, prove to them that I cik malathi can still coach SMK BU students" ......... aiyoyo..... hahaha.... just started training... how to become so good in such a short period la.. i'm not having or giving a negative thought... i'll try my best, train everyday... and i'll try my best to win... but if i don't... don't scold me la... hahaha

OMG! SO NICE AAAAA!!!!!! but sigh.... my legs are super weak man... i gotta make it STRONGER... how? err... i asked the head encik zol and cik malathi.... they said aaa... run more.. step ups.... run at hills, run up steep steep one.. lol... WILL DO... just came back from Kiara Hills oni... jogged there.. couldn't run la... my calf muscle still pain a bit.. :D

OMG... yesterday was the best la seriously... ^^ XDXDXD i was suffering there you know... because dunno did some things i've never done before so first timer la... and damn suffering.. my ties all pain like dunno la yesterday... then i see the girls do.... OMG! THEY SO PRO, their muscles so strong!!!!!!! OMG! what did the coaches do to them man... train until so pro. hahaha i'm new so ... XDXDXD

yesterday errr... we didn't get to train IN the stadium... err.. there was an international football game... Malaysia vs UAE....... so yea... so the girls.. my seniors.... brought me to the lake lor.. bcoz gotta train there.. stadium cannot use d... funny la... HAHA we 3 quarter way d... then one of them said wanna do warm up IN the stadium... so we walked back to the stadium... zzzzz...... then the other one called dunno who... was asked to go to the lake warm up... walk there again... HAHA

So did the trainings there la... was asked to jogged for 40minutes... this guy.. he finished so early.. bcoz he cannot run long distances.. he's a sprinter so yea.. then i see my watch only 36minutes... all the girls finish d... APA LA NI.. so i just stop lo... then do the suffering thing i mentioned earlier... gotta raise leg and tahan for 5seconds like this like that with someone behind pulling your leg with a long rubber....OMG OMG OMG.... I CANNOT DO.... even the girls can do 5times better...

Waaaaaa hahaha I'm having some sort of training now with Cik Malathi and some other coaches too... There are 3 coaches all together... head coach, dunno what's his name adi.. malay guy... lol... he likes to shout shout shout.. kinda scary.. but he dun scold people.. got la.. little bit oni... :D i'm doing everything wrongly but i'm a beginner so yea.. never kena marah but kena shout at before.. :p

Err so.. I couldn't run yet... I'm not sprinting properly yet.. :( Well I'll try to change... Body posture not right yet... Err... Today was my second training.. well i just started and i'm a beginner.. i dunno anyone there... all smk taman sea athletes there one... plus a few not from taman sea... guys like me lor.. :(

So yea... I'm not used to the trainings yet... So aaa... My legs are aching real bad.. I can't even walk properly... :( My calf muscles are super aching... aiyo... my ties... my arms... my chest... everywhere pain la... :(

SO aaa.... I'm in pain la now... walk a bit pain.. walk a bit pain.. walk here pain what there also pain... :( :( :(

I wanna at least qualify for MSSD so I gotta work hard... :(

So while training.. i have like no friends there.. so i'll be following people do stuff.. maybe ask couple of questions like how to do this.. how many for sets must do.. :( that's all la...

So this is my life la.... errr... it's like dejavu everytime when it comes to this 'love' thingys... so yea la... fed up adi la... bcoz it's like... i know what's gonna happen adi... it's repeating what had happened on previous times...

haih... so yea... why fall in love now? WHY? People tell me not to... I've learned many things from my friends' you know.. why they broke up.. what it did to his/her life now.. so yea...

Whatever also la... In life right... You can't always win, sometimes you win sometimes you lose.. meaning that... you can't always get everything they way you want it to be... or to happen.... but if you wanna get something right... you gotta work for it.

I've tried, i've tried uncountable times... Broke my heart many times doing so... Cried many times too... sigh... Life is never easy.

My senior, who gave me advices when I was heart broken and all la... he said that aaa... at this age you don't love... it's all puppies love... and aaa... he told me his story during his school years...

So.. he's a smart guy.. he got straight A's for PMR... but then.. he got played by this girl... the girl pretended to be his gf for until like just before SPM... so they broke up and he got really heart broken bcoz you know... good boys if they fall in love means it's true love... most of the time it is... not those playboys ah!

so he regretted la... he got like aaa... didn't do so well in SPM la... and he told me too.. when he was in the relationship with THE girl.. the girl at that time adi got bf... so you see... sigh...

Another senior told me this... errr... don't fall for mere feelings... err... but if you like/love that girl don't ignore her... just be friends, that will do... bcoz the feelings will just fade away one day... you know..

So yea la... if you wanna be in a relationship also gotta be serious la.. if not.. there's no point... and i don't like playing with girls' heart and feelings so that's why i've never been into any relationships before... bcoz if SHE aint being serious.. we are just gonna brake up right some day and both of us are gonna like screw our lifes up, anything happens la.. brake your heart into pieces or whatever.. anything happens its gonna bring bad side effect on you/your life...

So should i fall in love? errr... depending on the girl actually... if she's not being serious.. then most probably not... if she treats me like some *shit* then no... if she ignores me until i cannot tahan adi then no also..

Well, so I have this little, cute, smart, lovely, beautiful bird... I love this bird with all my heart. And its very heartbreaking, I have to let it free. I was told, if I really love my little bird, I have to set it free. And that if my bird truly loves me, it will come back to me someday with its own will, without me going out looking for it. (hopefully) :(

And if it doesn't, I was asked to 'screw it' and find or get another one, a better one, I suppose. It's really hurtful and seriously HEARTBREAKING to let something you truly love go... I have it in my hands already, but for the best of it and maybe for the best of myself too, I have to let it free. (It's for the best of us both) :(

For the first time in my life

HEHE ok...Umm...Yesterday was the first time I jog on a day that I fast...Haha usually I can jog maybe about 8-10 rounds when I'm not fasting on that day itself...So yesterday I managed to jog 7 round...

Before going jogging...I sms Norman wanna go jog or not...because he said when i want to go jog call him also mar..so i did la...i sms him...waited for 15 minutes no reply.. so when i think i dunno la...i just go jog only...he wont come anyway i know because friends went over to his house...

So before I jog of course gotta where socks and shoes right...and stretch...so when i was wearing my shoes I saw dunno this girl jogging also on the road...my direction of jogging; anticlockwise... so then i went inside the house see my phone again still no reply from norman...so i go out stretch...i see the girl..aiya..where is she haha..so when i go out...first round i saw her...then when it's like 3/4 of the first round got to see her again...then i see eh where is she...gone adi...so i thought she might still be jogging maybe she changed direction...because when i see her that time she was jogging clockwise...so nvm i jog..until 2nd round i was very very tired adi..haha i was fasting in the morning...so yea...2nd round tired...then i thought like...must show the girl i can jog a lot..haha...but...didn't get to see her again...lol... so yea...made it 7 rounds...very very slow...

so tired...until i couldn't even walk adi..my appendix was like hurting...so i was walking very very slow around the park..then i when to sit on the swing...just you know..to rest for awhile before I go home and watch football haha...i saw howe wee and joe wee coming out from the 'lorong'...so most probably they went to norman's house...oh who knows...most probably...so yea...

When i reached home...I went to have a look at my phone..still no reply from norman...so i dunno what's up la...I'm having like RM1.09....And if he don't want to reply what for i sms him...waste money...so dunno him la... he asked me to call and i said yes i will so i called him la...i cannot lie because Abbas doesn't lie...I'm going jogging again today...:)...I fasted today too..hahaha... KK!!!! I just got back from dinner with my family....KK...I ate I think the the chicken chop la...And they give the chili sauce and tomato sauce in sachets....SO!!!! I didn't really eat the sauce la...Just the chicken its sauce....So I brought home my sachets, both tomato and chili la...and!!!! we went to the pirated DVD shop hahaha...and there was a cat there la... i squat down so that I can play with the cat...I did...Then after playing bla bla bla...Stand up and walk out of the place...Then I feel my pocket like so wet so I wonder what happened la...And then I see...Not really see...Then I put my hand in...ARGH!!! the tomato sachet is...aiyo!!! hahaha...so my whole pocket got tomato sauce la right now...lazy go change first because I wanna update my blog...hahaha..guess when I was squatting down the sachet pop-ed... =.=" ... hahaha...lol xD

So I was smsing with my friend la...then then...the phone also smell like tomato cause adi...No water that time...adi half way walking to the car...so just used tissue papers and clean my phone la...so when reach home got to wash my phone and hand...but my left pocket still full with tomato sauce and I can still smell it...YUCK!! hahaha...aint dirty la...but...who wants their pocket to be filled with tomato sauce huh? hahaha and when i was in the car...there's this small beetle...I was like siting talking to my mom or dad can't recall then I felt like something was crawling on my right leg...EEE hahaha...like...so geli... hahahaa....then dunno what happened to it adi...I reached home safely without the thing bugging me again xD...and now I'm at the comp updating my blog...hahaha THE END :)...Sorry...lousy update haha

some of you may adi know who I like right....now it's like...i dunno what's happening...I was dying inside just to hold her and I really don't think she has any feelings for me..To give up...I don't think I wanna do that at all!!!

I've having cough since like last 2 months. Although I don't have flu/cold I can't be going to park, mosque ect. because I don't wanna spread my cough. Although never spread to anyone in my class before. So...I'll be going to park after I recover..May take a day or two.

My friend from South Africa once told me that playing monopoly wont cure her family's boredness among her siblings, I guess. And it would make the situation worst. To think of it again...I think she is absolutely right. My sisters like to play monopoly with themselves. Just the two of them. Can you imagine? How boring? But well, they love it. And today, this morning, they were fighting over a property one saying I bought this while the other it has not been bought. So the youngest one was crying so loud till I wake up from my sleep. She event called my mom to tell her what happened. She was crying since morning till about 11.30. I don't know how they do it but they have settled down. So everything it alright now.

I want to be pen pals with my friend from Australia. We've known each other since 2006. She trusts me aswell as I trust her. So one day, I asked her I want to be her pen pals. She says okay but the problem is one thing. Her parents are being over protactive according to her. Well, parents are like that. Any parents from any country. Since January 2009 I started working out to gain muscles. I really love to work out. But I want the proteins I'm consuming to work on my growth (height) not on my muscles. I know what's my height when is it February. Up till June it stayes the same. It's the same! GOSH! Because I worked out those days. So since 1st of July I've stop working out. WOO HOOO 3 of my friends tried Patapon! They really enjoyed it XD...One of my friend wanted so i borrowed him mine for him to play PATAPON.... He then said..How to do...What to press..How to attack so i told him the buttons la..He was like very hard la...Need to follow the beat...YOU'LL GET USED TO IT MAN! Then he know how adi...So he went hunting for meat because I cannot go anywhere at the mena while since I'm stuck at a stage..I got to rescue someone...Forgoten his name adi hahaha. DAMN HARD...You're playing at a dessert (don't know how to spell..is it dessert or desert?) They are pulling away the cage (his inside the cage) and there's archers and 1 spear man defending it...I cannot attack 'em..I can only attack the cage...After i reach one part i got to make it rain..bcoz it's hot! When holidays arrive I play it online XD. A lot of people use hax lol! They can fly here and there..They shoot using Thompson the bullet come out like Bazooka's bullet! WA LIAO! Hahaha some are noob hackers so I can kill 'em using a Bazooka or Grenades lol! My world ranking is about 758 now..LOL! For you information I'm a noob! I can only use a few guns and sometimes I get killed by noobs lol! Sometimes they even use pictol and kill me lol!

I'm getting the hang of using Stg44! I can earn points faster this way because I'm always leading my clan's attacks! We have clan war a lot in MOH 2! Usually we play about 5vs 5 in a game lol! If i play sniping..There's no hope of winning because CMK De4th is good in using Sniper and M1 garand! OH MAN WISH I CAN BE LIKE HIM! There are so many clans lol! Most of them are noob clans! I'm with USMC...It's not a bad clan la! But our enemy is CKM! They are so damn PRO LIKE HELL!! Their cooperation is so damn good! They come from every direction and kill you..They'll send like 2 or 3 people to the battle feild and 2 or 3 more will come from our back! HOW DO THEY DO THAT? They are always at the back of me! Don't know what was I doing! I was like kicking the ball hard directly to my own goal. And it scored! The keeper couldn't save lol! Oh well, hahaha!! Today was the worst time playing futsal! Played futsal and I did nothing right. First ball I became a goal keeper and 5 minutes after the game had started they scored already haiyo!. So i decided to change keeper lol! My team got trash because of me. I didn't mark any players and I was just standing there looking. The last ball before we got home..Someone kicked a high ball and I put my right arm on my chest and jump. A few people was shouting HAND! Then everyone went home because it was raining XD.
Lucky me. I got a hand in the penalty box. So there was suppose to be a penalty but we all went home. And I live happily ever after.Had a party at my house to celebrate this. LOL! Aku kaki bangku man! lol! Yea..It's so true. I can't kick ball XD

Yesterday evening, my mother said that we're going to watch Fast and Furious 4.
But then I said "that movie is 18 right?"
My mother said yes. So I went upstairs and ask my father about everything.
The movie was at 10.45pm.
So my father told me to wear like an adult and act like one too.
So I wore like an adult and I was wearing a jacket and snicked into the cinema :D .
After I've reached the cinema I pretended really like an adult.
So went my mother gave the tickets I managed to snick in!!!

My father said "you're grown 4 years older"
