New year, new BOOKS.

School! hahahah I like you, but i dun like your anymore... how pitiful... but nvm.. i'm not worth it for her... she's out of my league...

SO SO... moving on... ok so I started building up muscles (just a bit) hahaha... i'm not building muscles to like show off to girls or my other guy friends... i'm building 'em bcoz it'll help me with my running, cycling, swimming, etc. people, especially norman... people like to say i'm muscular la... 6 packs la... bla bla bla la... all nonsense la... you should see me in the changing room... my body has nothing... only skin... oh yea and of course, HAIR. XD may be that you guys see when i stand my arms are like quite far apart from my body that's bcoz I have what they call this 'V-shape'.... got that from my swimming lessons and swimming workouts... hahaha but nothing la my body... :P

Wanna get the 'V-shape' right... umm... you gotta swim.... that's the fastest way.. but there's an alternative way to get also lah. but slower... do chin ups and pull ups. :D

They are the best strength training exercises you can do for upper-body strength & muscle mass. Unfortunately Pull-ups & Chin-ups are hard. Very hard.
